Writing: TV hihglights

TV HIHGLIGHTS:

The hight of this week's TV was definitley the programme Aliens. This programme is about mistery and science. In this programme, they explain the sightings of OVNIS scientifically.

CSI: Miami was also worth watching. In last episode, the team were investigating the murder of a detective, but in the end, the killer kill detective.

Finally, something which also caught my eye was Sálvame, becouse it's the most ridiculous reality show I ever seen.

Global warming

The global warming, panic or reality?

Global warming is already under way. The evidence is vast and the urgency of taking action becomes clearer with every new scientific study. Some of the most obvious signs are visible in the Arctic, where rising temperatures and melting ice are dramatically changing the region’s unique landscapes and wildlife as well as people’s lives and livelihoods. Across the globe, other early warning signs include melting glaciers, shifting ranges of plants and animals, and the earlier onset of spring.

1. The message of the video:

We are destroying our planet with a lot of factories and irresponsible people, that pollute rivers and nature, we're cutting a lot of threes of the forest so we are killing a lot of wild animals.
We are exploiting very natural resources like petrol, so in years this energy ends and we have a very big problem if we do not start to using  renewable energy for all people.
If we not improve the respect of earth and nature, we not survive.

2. Answer the questions:

1- What is global warming?
Is the gradual increase in the overall temperature of the earth's atmosphere due to the greenhouse effect caused by increased levels of carbon dioxide, CFCs, and other pollutants.

2- What is the process involved in the greenhouse effect?
The "greenhouse effect" is widely discussed in the media, and although its details are complicated, its principles are not difficult to understand. Without a greenhouse effect, radiation from the Sun (mostly in the form of visible light) would travel to Earth and be changed into heat, only to be lost to space. This scenario can be sketched as follows:
Sun’s Radiation → absorbed by Earth → some re-radiated to space as heat → some trapped by the atmosphere

3- What signs warn us about global warming?
The climate change.

4- Explain: Global warming, panic or reality?
Absolute reality, because we are experiencing the effects of climate change and more.

5- What can we do to stop the global warming? Suggest 5 ideas
-Use renewable energy
-Travel with bicycle
-No contaminate the rivers
-Cultivate orchards
-Travel with electric cars

BBC news of Europe say

Dutch Queen Beatrix to abdicate in favour of son

Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands is preparing to hand the throne to her son Prince Willem-Alexander, she's 75, will sign the instrument of abdication in Amsterdam after 33 years on the throne, and
Willem-Alexander, 46, will then become the country's first king since 1890.

Huge crowds of orange-clad partygoers are expected to flood Amsterdam to pay tribute to the popular queen, who is maintaining a recent Dutch tradition to hand over to a new generation.
Queen Beatrix announced her intention to stand down in January, saying her son was ready to reign and that it was time for the throne to be held by "a new generation".The ceremonies will be attended by other invited royals and high-ranking dignitaries, including Britain's Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Felipe and Princess Letizia of Spain and Denmark's Crown Prince Frederik and his wife.
About a million visitors are also set to pour into Amsterdam, and street parties are planned across the nation.
On Monday, Queen Beatrix thanked the nation, saying the people's devotion had given her the strength to carry on during her 33-year reign.
"Without your heart-warming and encouraging displays of affection, the burdens, which certainly have existed, would have weighed heavily," she said.

I think Queen Beatrix has done well to hand the throne to her son Prince Willem-Alexander, because quite possibly Prince Alexander know better governance this new generation.
